As mother's day fast approaches, GMANetwork.com was able to talk to Kapuso actress LJ Reyes about being a mom and her immeasurable love for her children, Aki and Summer.

LJ begins with sharing how vocal she is of saying 'I love you' to her kids every chance she gets.

“I always tell them and I always want them to know that I love them so, so, so much more than my life.”

As I was watching Vanessa Bryant's speech at Kobe's memorial, I was drowning myself in tears. Aki hugged me and uttered the most comforting and sweetest words I could ever receive.. Aki: Mom, don't cry. You're never going to lose me! Summer can't talk yet but I'm sure she'll tell you the same thing. You're never gonna lose us! It's all I needed! No matter how uncertain life could be.. hearing those words.. it shouts love to the ends of the earth, and to the heavens! Lord, salamat sa pagbigay ng anak na napakasweet!!!!❤️

LJ also constantly assures Aki and Summer that no matter what the situation they are facing, she will be there for them.

“Whether there's a pandemic, whether there is very difficult that we are going through, individually or together, I will always be there for them.”

She adds: “'Yung mom nila na kilala nila na very nurturing to them, very loving to them will never cease to take care of them and love them, and support them, and guide them.”
